Please note that Mandy will be away for continuing education on grooming overseas from June 9th to July 3rd. Hope to bring back some new techniques and ideas! :)

During this time, all appointments booked with Hannah Melody and Winnie will remain no change.

Extra Small / Teacup Size: Toy Poodle, Toy size Bichon, Toy size Schnauzer, Toy size Pomeranians (8-20lbs): $75 and up   Small / Toy size: Poodles, Maltese, Bichon, Schnauzers, and similar breeds of similar size (20-45lbs): $85 and up   Medium size: Miniture poodles, Miniture doodles, and similar breeds of similar size (20-45lbs): $95 and up   (*Prices Vary by Weight, Amount of fur, Matting condition, Time and Effort etc. ) *Extra charges would have to apply if your dog is severely matted. Mats that are large / tight on the skin can cause serious skin problems from not exposing to the open air, and from the mats pulling and stretching the skin. Our blade has to go between the mats and the delicate skin which can become very time and effort consuming.  Regular brushing and combing is recommended.  Please schedule your pet's appointment cycle according to individual needs. :)	Chihuahuas: ~$35 French bulldogs: ~$40 Corgies: ~$50 Shiba Inus: ~$50 Labrador retrievers: ~$65-75 Golden Retrievers, German Shepherds: $80-100 and up Samoyeds, Alaskan Malamutes: $100-150   (*Prices Vary by Weight, Amount of fur, Matting condition, Time and Effort etc.)

* Please note, we are no longer taking in new dogs weighing over 40 lbs. for full grooming services. This does not include existing customers. Sorry for the inconvenience!

* All grooming services are booked by appointments to avoid waiting/time conflict 🕑. We do not take walk-ins. This is to ensure the safety and well beings of all the pets in the store.  The best way to book your appointment is by Phone. We do not do online booking. The schedule changes constantly, we cannot guarantee your spot through email/ facebook/ instagram/ wechat etc. Sorry for the inconvenience.

 

*  All pets are required to have up-to-date ✅ rabies vaccine to book an appointment.

*  If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 1️⃣ day in advance. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of $30 will be charged. Thank you for your understanding!

*  🐶Dogs will Not be in cages at Any time, they will be in one of our two half-wall-pens when not being groomed.

*  Only dogs from the same family will be put together 🐕🐕, dogs from different families will Not have physical contact at any time. 

 

*  All dogs are hand 👋 dried using professional pet grooming dryers, to make sure their hair is dried completely, thoroughly, and safely. Also to make sure that we are able to see every inch of the pets' skin.

 

* 🐱Cats are extremely sensitive to sound, most cats (with exceptions of cats who does not like being confined) prefer being cage dried with our Specialized Cat Drying Cage which has minimal sound, under close supervision. After the cat is mostly dried, they will then be dried in detail with minimal wind hand pet dryer. (Please see above for services we offer for feline friends.)

* 🐱Cat grooming appointments are booked in time slots which we are most quite (most of the time, being the last appointment of the day). They must be in carriers 👜 when arriving at the store, as they are very sensitive to new surroundings.
