Hope everyone is staying safe and healthy!   After reading and understanding the new regulations that came yesterday, we are going to start booking appointments with *restrictions*. COVID UPDATE DEC. 26th, 2020   Dear valued customers: ​      Ontario is going under another lockdown till Feb. 11th, unless otherwise noticed by the government.       The new provincial rules have indicated that pet grooming is not allowed in this lockdown period.       Therefore, unfortunately, all up-coming grooming appointments are being canceled. Text messages are going out to customers who have appointments booked within the lockdown time.
