* Please note, we are no longer taking in new dogs weighing over 40 lbs for full grooming services. This does not include existing customers. Sorry for the inconvenience!

*  Grooming prices vary by size/weight of pet / amount of fur/ condition of fur/ matting or tangles/ time and effort.  Feel free to give us a call ☎️ at (613)680-2222 for an estimate!

 

* All grooming services are booked by appointments to avoid waiting/time conflict 🕑. We do not take walk-ins. This is to ensure the safety and well beings of all the pets in the store.  The best way to book your appointment is by Phone. We do not do online booking. The schedule changes constantly, we cannot guarantee your spot through email/ facebook/ instagram etc. Sorry for the inconvenience.

 

*  All pets are required to have up-to-date ✅ rabies vaccine to book an appointment.

*  If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 1️⃣ day in advance. A Cancellation Fee will be charged if no show.

*  🐶Dogs will Not be in cages at Any time, they will be in one of our two half-wall-pens when not being groomed.

*  Only dogs from the same family will be put together 🐕🐕, dogs from different families will Not have physical contact at any time. 

 

*  All pets are hand 👋 dried using professional pet grooming dryers, to make sure their hair is dried completely, thoroughly, and safely. Also to make sure that we are able to see every inch of the pets' skin. We do Not use cage drying.

* 🐱Cat grooming appointments are booked in time slots which we are most quite (most of the time, being the last appointment of the day). They must be in carriers 👜 when arriving at the store, as they are very sensitive to new surroundings.
