Update Related to Grooming FEB. 5, 2020

Hi everyone!
Hope everyone is safe and healthy!

After reading and understanding the new regulations that came out yesterday, we are going to start booking appointments with restrictions. I am still waiting for more detailed information about the regulations. We will try our best to make this work in the safest way.

I am in the process of calling through my list, if you are not on the waitlist, please call us at (613)680-2222.

Instructions for arriving at your appointment:

- You can enter the first door, and drop your pet off in the pen area by the door. Please leave his belongings (leash/collar) in the basket that we provide. We can communicate in a distance.

- If you prefer us picking your pet up outside, please call when you are at the door.

- For multi-pet owners, only one pet per appointment / per drop off.

- Payment can be done by phone, or by credit cards with our mobile debit machine so you don't have to enter the store.

We will take every possible step to clean and disinfect the store and in between appointments. We will wear masks at all times and gloves whenever we can.

***Please do not book with us if you are having symptoms related to COVID-19, or if you have travelled 14 days before your appointment. Your cooperation is very important to keep everyone safe, thank you!

Food and supplies are still available through curbside pickups and deliveries, unfortunately browsing through the store is still not allowed. Please use our website to view our products! We deliver!
